Venetian Vagabond

The Venetian Vagabond is a project that was completed with a partner during my third semester at Pratt.  The studio was highly technical as we used graphical coding in the software Processing to write our own simulations and behavioral diagrams based on our studies of the networking capabilities of fungus.  We then took point-cloud data of three different simulations to create geometry; the correlation of this data to form being dependent on ths simulation: seeker strands became infrastructure, while nodal homes became enclosure.  The geometry itself was created by first parsing the data in Rhino script and then, depending on the function, was further articulated through mel scripting in Maya.
