GAUD Gallery

GAUD++ was an independent study with 4 other students at Pratt.  The project was an installation and curated exhibition for the Pratt Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Design.  For the installation, we used a panelized, self-supporting skin to build podiums.  Each podium was parametric in that the shape would adjust based upon the model that would rest on the top.  After we input the podium dimensions, the script automated the process of creating clips and joint angles based on the tessalation of the geometry while laying the panels out for a laser cutter.
